Director, Producer, Writer. Peter Collinson was born into a theatrical family on 1 April 1936 in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire. Following his parents' divorce, he lived briefly with his grandmother before being sent to the Actors' Orphanage in Chertsey, Surrey.
