  6. Raceway Park was constructed during the 1950’s as a car racing track. Later on it was transformed into a thoroughbred racing facility. Harness racing was first held at Toledo Raceway Park in 1962. A number of great harness racing names have competed here, including horses such as Ramblin’ Willie, Shady Daisy and Mack Lobell.
