Jim and Linda's house - 637 S. Lucerne Blvd. Los Angeles, Ca. 90005. The 9,918 square foot house was built in 1902. It can also be seen in Ben, Elvira: Mistress of the Dark, Waxwork, Willard and Tales from the Crypt episode Television Terror. The first time I visited the house in 2012, it was very visible from the sidewalk and street.

Plot. At a house party in Fairfield, California, Brandon Sinclair uses his Ouija board with his ex-girlfriend Linda Brewster to contact the spirit of David, with whom he had communicated before. Her boyfriend, Jim Morar, insults David, which provokes him to slash the tires of Brandon's car.
The distinctive house used in Witchboard has featured in many films & telly show's including Willard (1971) & the excellent Waxwork (1988). With a supposed budget of about $2,000,000 this has good production values & looks better than the budget might suggest.
