It seems like as of now, only a few locations in Louisiana are carrying the Chili Cheese Burrito at the moment, and if you're willing to make the drive to Carencro you can get one.

I was in the drive-thru, having already ordered, and when he was handing me my food I asked him if he knew if any of the TBs in the area (So Cal desert) had the chili cheese burrito available.
