LiveSTRONG® is a research-based exercise program offered free at Countryside YMCA to all adult cancer survivors. The program runs 12 weeks, 2 x a week and focuses on strength, cardio endurance, balance and flexibility. There are other informational resources such as nutrition and goal setting provided.
