- Crit is a very low value stat for Resto Druids in Wrath. Healing-over-time spells make up a majority of a typical casting profile, and they cannot crit. Casted spells such as Regrowth, Nourish, and Healing Touch can crit but depending on what you're assigned to heal you may not be casting these often, or at all.

You can get pretty close to optimal by just strapping on your highest item level pieces with a lean toward Haste.

Gaining 1% more intellect will in general increase your healing by 1%.Each secondary stat goes up in value the more you have of the other secondaries, which when combined with the strength of intellect makes just picking your highest ilvl gear particularly strong.Be careful with these.
