Clear Channel Entertainment was a live entertainment producer and events promoter based in Beverly Hills, California. The company was founded in 1996 by Robert F.X. Sillerman as SFX Entertainment, which was a subsidiary of SFX Broadcasting, a radio broadcaster. SFX acquired other live promoter PACE Entertainment in 1997.
