Platte City. The Platte County Courthouse and Administrative offices are located at 3rd & Main in downtown Platte City. The courthouse, built in 1867, is where Blanche Barrow (part of the infamous Bonnie & Clyde gang) was tried and convicted, and it is on the National Register of Historic Places.
