    • Buckingham Palace. Buckingham Palace has been the official residence of the monarch of the United Kingdom since 1837 and is one of the must-sees in London.

  5. Mar 20, 2024 · 2. Plan to be in London for minimum four days. One of the best ways to hate London is to rush through it. This is a city best enjoyed somewhat slowly – otherwise burnout is guaranteed. I personally think first time visitors need at least four days to get a good feel for the city.
