Catherine Howard, sometimes spelled as Katheryn Howard, was the fifth wife of Henry Tudor VIII, the lover of Thomas Culpepper and the queen of England. Like Catherine's cousins, Anne Boleyn, George Boleyn and Mary Boleyn, she was a niece of Thomas Howard, the patriarch of the powerful Howard family.
