Plot. Kramer poses for a portrait to be painted by Jerry 's new girlfriend, Nina ( Catherine Keener ), which an elderly, art-loving couple ( Elliott Reid and Justine Johnston) admire.
She also guest starred as an artist on an episode of Seinfeld called "The Letter". She played Jerry's girlfriend, an artist who painted a famous portrait of Kramer. Keener then earned her first starring role, in Johnny Suede, with the then-unknown Brad Pitt.
Catherine Keener is an American actress who portrayed Nina West on Seinfeld; she made her only appearance in "The Letter". Catherine has appeared in a number of feature films such as Being John Malkovich, Capote, Into the Wild, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Where the Wild Things Are along with many more.
