Dec 6, 2021 · BSM Staff. Marc Malusis was on the air on WFAN Sunday morning. It was the first time he had appeared on the station since the station announced Moose & Maggie would be replaced by Tiki & Tierney. While the Sunday morning show is usually reserved for talking NFL football, Malusis did address the end of the weekday show and took the high road.
Moose and Maggie beat WEPN's Bart Scott and Alan Hahn in the ratings, I believe. Both are terrible, but I think WFAN wants to hold onto their one woman on during the day. I believe both their contracts are up at the end of the year. Malusis may be shipped off to a different time and Maggie partnered with someone else.
Maggie Gray is a very experienced sports journalist (her credentials far exceed most people on the station), and obviously it is better to have an intelligent female voice on the station than a quacking duck, though it seems a lot of the bros here might be more on the intellectual level of the duck. -6. Well judging by Maggie already having a show lined up less than 24 hours after the announcement Moose probably thinks she stabbed him in the back. I hope Marc gets another show, I always respected his opinions on all sports which is rare for a host.
