Before leading the Magnificent Seven, Amanda proved herself to be a steady and consistent gymnast from the start of her training in 1984 at Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy.
Borden was captain of the Olympic Gold Medal team for U.S. women's gymnastics in 1996.
