In 1981, Inspector Gadget creator Andy Heyward left Hanna-Barbera and traveled to Paris to work with DIC Audiovisuel after being proposed by the company to do so. [9] As the company wanted entertainment for the United States, Heyward combined ideas to originate Inspector Gadget. [9]

Aug 30, 2012 · Heyward owns the late broadcaster’s 64-foot Hinckley ketch, Wyntje, which he has renamed Gadget. The new name for the vessel is linked to one of Mr. Heyward’s most successful television animation programs; Inspector Gadget.

Hard cover book by Andy Heyward detailing the the creation and history of Inspector Gadget. Always been an IG fan, but never saw this before! Yes, Andy Heyward released this book in 2016 although copies are rather hard to snag. An excellent addition to any collection.
