Bob Oksner (October 14, 1916 – February 18, 2007) was an American comics artist known for both adventure comic strips and for superhero and humor comic books, primarily at DC Comics.
Bob Oksner (1916-2007) began his career in the 40s on a daily comic strip Miss Cairo Jones. After that folded DC editor Sheldon Mayer picked up Oksner to work on several licensed titles including The Adventures of Jerry Lewis, Sgt. Bilko, and Welcome Back Kotter.

Bob Oksner. (14 October 1916 - 18 February 2007, USA) 'Miss Cairo Jones'. Bob Oksner drew the newspaper strip 'Miss Cairo Jones' in the 1940s, but when this feature folded in 1947, Sheldon Mayer hired him at DC Comics. There, he moved from adventure strips to teen-oriented strips.
