Tracking packages coming to Canada. Find the latest location and status of your package using Track (if you have a tracking number). If the status doesn’t appear in Track, contact the sender and ask them to investigate with their country’s postal administration.
Our tracking system is updated to give you the most current information available about the location and status of your package. After you’ve entered your tracking number , Delivery Notice Card number , or reference number into Track , the results page will show you the status of your delivery.
To track your package: Enter a tracking number, Delivery Notice Card number, or reference number in the Tracking numbers box. To track more than one package, press Enter and add another number. Press the Track button to view your results. Track your package now.
Tracking numbers are typically: 11 or 13 alphanumeric characters ending in CA. or. 16 digits. This page will explain where to find your tracking number based on shipping label/receipt type. Please note. The tracking number won’t appear on your receipt if you used one of our prepaid products, but didn’t mail your package at the time of purchase.
