Criminal Minds is an American police procedural drama television series that premiered on CBS on September 22, 2005. The series follows a team of profilers from the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) based in Quantico, Virginia. The BAU is part of the FBI National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime.
Wedding bells are ringing as Rossi prepares to marry Krystall. But first, the BAU team travels to Los Angeles to investigate a series of fatal shootings in broad daylight following car accidents.

A planned true-crime docuseries, titled The Real Criminal Minds, was also ordered by Paramount+. On January 12, 2023, Paramount+ renewed Criminal Minds: Evolution. The seventeenth season, like its predecessor, will contain 10 episodes.
The original series, Criminal Minds, spanned fifteen years with a total of fifteen seasons or three hundred and twenty-four episodes. It spawned two spin-off series, Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior and Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, during its this time and, eventually, led to the revival spin-off Criminal Minds: Evolution.
