George Delbert "Dell" Henderson (July 5, 1877 – December 2, 1956) was a Canadian-American actor, director, and writer. He began his long and prolific film career in the early days of silent film.
A Travelers Aid attendant Mr. Henderson (Dell Henderson) is assigned to transport the children to catch up with the other orphans who had to leave on an earlier train. The kids annoy every passenger in their car and cause Mr Henderson much grief and embarrassment by their bad behavior.

Pressed into service as the kids' supervisor, Travelers Aid attendant Mr. Henderson ( Dell Henderson) suffers torment, especially when he tries to prevent three-year-old Spanky from socking the nose of every adult in sight.
The Gang's hilariously physical interactions aboard the speeding locomotive with Travelers Aid Attendant, Mr. Henderson (impeccably played by Dell Henderson), capture some of most memorable Our Gang/Little Rascals scenes in the series.
He often played somewhat pompous figures like judges, businessmen, detectives or mayors. Modern audiences will remember Henderson as annoyed hospital president Dr. Graves in The Three Stooges film Men in Black and the put-upon chaperone in the Little Rascals film Choo-Choo!.
The Rascals switch clothing with some orphans at a train stop and board the train, causing all manner of havoc. Del Henderson as their prissy caretaker, Harry Bernard as an angry conductor, Hayes Robertson as a harried porter, and Otto Fries as a fireworks salesman are the adults who respond best to the Gang's antics.
