Travel to Southwest Harbor and unlock the Victoria's trunk on the boat using the key Jule provides. Read the note inside the trunk. Return to Acadia, and search the lab terminal on the northern end of the lowest level.
Jun 13, 2016 · The Price of Memory. Talk to Cog in Acadia after completing the quest Data Recovery. Cog will then lead you to Jule and you’ll receive Victoria’s Key from her. Talk to Cog once again then leave Acadia. Return to the same burning boat south of the Southwest Harbor then use the key to open Victoria’s Trunk there.
