Oct 21, 2015 · Red Hot Chili Peppers musician Michael Peter Balzary, better known as Flea, played Needles, McFly’s boss in the future. Needles was also known to get Marty to do crazy things in his younger days by calling him “Chicken.” Flea traded in his scripts for set lists, and is now the bassist of popular rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers.
