6 years ago. Will be in Mexico City in a few weeks and have been trying for days to purchase tickets to the Frida Kahlo museum in advance. Tried 2 different credit cards. Keeps saying card is declined. Credit card banks say the cards are fine, and they’re not even seeing signs of card activity.

Traveling to CDMX from the US soon and have been attempting to get tickets to this museum online but my cards keep getting declined. I’ve tried multiple credit cards/debit cards (BoA and Chase), calling my bank, and nothing is working. Anyone have any experience with this or advice?
Neither would accept the multiple credit cards I tried. I emailed Museo Frida Kahlo and they suggested erasing cookies, changing browers, etc, but still nothing. I went to Coyocan and bought a ticket from the kiosko near the museum (which took the same card which had been declined online).

The website tells me "The Credit Card cannot be processed (-1). Please verify the Card information or enter another."
Nov 4, 2023 · Opening times are from 10am to 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays through to Sundays . One Wednesdays, it’s 11am to 6pm and the museum is closed on Mondays. On any day, the last entry is at 5pm. The standard Frida Kahlo museum ticket costs MX$250 (weekday visits), increasing to MX$270 for Saturdays and Sundays.
