As a property owner in Hot Springs Village, and a member of the Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association (POA) your membership obligates you to a $384.00 per year assessment to be paid to the POA.
Hot Springs Village Public Services Department. The Public Services Department is responsible for all streets, lakes, dams, common property, sanitation/recycling, new home and small permits, construction inspections, and all water and sewer utilities within Hot Springs Village.
The POA is responsible for developing and maintaining HSV for all the reasons you moved here. So, should you have a question or concern about any of it, your first call is to the POA office. Ultimately, our General Manager is accountable for the successful operation of our Village. In contrast, our role as the HSV board is not operational.

Nov 15, 2021 · EGP Announced Assessment Vote Results at Special Vote Meeting – November 15, 2021. EGP: There were 22,904 members in good standing. We needed 11,453 to reach a quorum. There were 11,718 proxies or ballots received, so we do have a quorum. EGP: The total votes ‘for’ were 6,532. Which was 56%.
May 31, 2024 · Over the coming weeks, the Hot Springs Village POA will provide information on changes in the Members Portal for Explore the Village. Covering a different section of the portal each week, the POA will help to prepare the members for when the new portal goes live.
