Jessica Steen (born December 19, 1965) is a Canadian actress in both film and television, noted for her roles in Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future, Homefront, Earth 2, Armageddon, Left Behind: World at War, NCIS, Flashpoint and the CBC series Heartland.
Steen was later cast as Constable Donna Sabine in the acclaimed Canadian police series Flashpoint (2008), and Special Agent Paula Cassidy in the popular CBS drama NCIS (2003). In 2012 she appeared as Commissioner Eva Braden in the dark comedy miniseries Bullet in the Face (2012), written by Alan Spencer.
