Description
Level 11 is a large deserted city surrounded by an inscaleable metal fence. Within Level 11 there are many buildings, majority of these buildings cannot be entered but some small clothing and general stores can be. Around the Level it is common to find city utilities which would be considered normal to be found in your average city, utilities like sewerage, electricity and transport. The Power Plant
The Power Plant is a large area within Level 11. Within the Power Plant area there are multiple buildings, entering the back of one of these buildings will lead you to a button which when pressed will give you the Super-Nova Ending, one of TBOR's endings. Above the Power Plant there are obvious high voltage power lines leading out of the city, it's unknown where these power lines lead but some wanderers have theorized of an undiscovered Sub-Level to be found at the end of the power lines.
The Snackrooms
The Snackrooms or level 6.1 is a building which can be found inside Level 11. If you enter the front door of the building you will be teleported to Level 6.1. The Snackrooms building appears as a store, it has white walls, clear windows and a large sign above the front door. Around Level 11 it is common to find billboards inviting you to come to the Snackrooms.
The White Building
The White Building is a large building found in Level 11. Above the White Building there is a large, white beam of light, this beam of light is the entrance to level 12. The white building is covered in bright white windows on completely white walls. The White Building can be found on the opposite side of the map to the Power Plant.

Exits
1. Walk through the doors of an establishment called "The Snackrooms" to go to Level 6.1 2. Enter the beam of light at the top of The White Building to enter Level 12. 3. Go through a glowing yellow door attached to a yellow building to enter Level 0. 4. Pressing the button in the Power Plant and being taken to Level 0

Level 11 is the 12th Level of The Backrooms. This level presumably is an infinite city. Documenting the levels, entities, objects and phenomena of the Backrooms.
