Scooter is a cool, chill, playful and friendly guy, who grew up with Khadijah and Regine in East Orange, NJ. Scooter works as a Music Producer, sometimes travelling to scout new talent for the bureau he works for. He lives in Los Angeles, but visits Khadijah in New York and eventually moves there for her.
Seeing some bands in New York, Scooter drops by Flavorand surprises Khadijah. They spend some time hanging out and Scooter gets to meet the roommates, the boys and catching up with Regine.
