She currently serves as co-executive producer for the Amazon Studios TV series Just Add Magic. In 2019, she won a Norman Lear Writer's Award at the 34th annual Imagen Awards. [1]

From age 8 to her early teen years, Luisa lived in Los Angeles and attended grade school in Hollywood until her mother once more developed “Wander Lust”, taking Luisa to Madrid Spain, Monte Carlo, and London; where she became fluent in French and Italian along the way.
