How to view your financial aid student requirements. Go to mga.edu. Click Menu/Current Students. Click on SWORDS. Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password. Click on the Financial Aid Tab. Click Eligibility. Click student requirements. Select the aid year from the drop down menu.
Upon acceptance by the University and when assigned a 983##### student i.d. number, students must create a SWORDS account to access registration, grades, class schedules, transcripts, financial aid status, account balances, and much more.

Registering for Classes. During the published registration period on the academic calendar students may register online via their SWORDS account. How to check your registration status. Go to www.mga.edu. Click on SWORDS. Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password. Click on the student tab. Click Registration. Click registration status.
Sign in with your MGA email address and password.
