On October 28, Gladiator and Pogo defeated Atsushi Onita and Mr. Gannosuke to win the vacant Brass Knuckles Tag Team Championship. They lost the tag titles to Onita and Gannosuke in a rematch on February 24, 1995. At 6th Anniversary Show, Gladiator and Horace Boulder lost to Katsutoshi Niiyama and Masato Tanaka.

May 2, 2018 · Awesome appeared at Anarchy Rulz 1999 on September 19th and ended up walking out as the ECW World Champion defeating champion Taz and Masato Tanaka in an elimination match where Awesome pinned Tanaka to win the title.
Credible in a loss to Masato Tanaka and Jerry Lynn. He knew Tanaka well as he had feuded with him in FMW for some time. Tanaka pinned Awesome on August 8th in Philadelphia. On September 19, 1999 in Villa Park, Illinois, Awesome beat Taz and Tanaka in a three-way dance and won the ECW World Heavyweight Title.
