Monica Dolan is an English actress who played identical twins Meg'n'Mave Carter in S02E03 of Call the Midwife. Monica Margaret Dolan was born on March 15th 1969 in Middlesbrough to Irish parents and was raised in Woking, Surrey with three older siblings.
