We now accept eligible returns of Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com merchandise at Nordstrom Rack locations. Fine jewelry, designer and Nordstrom Marketplace items purchased at Nordstrom or Nordstrom.com are not eligible to be returned to Nordstrom Rack stores.
