Paul Anderson has always been very thin, even pre Peaky. His S4 hairstyle was much more flattering for his thin face than the one he had in S5.
Paul Anderson does not look healthy to me. He also seemed to have an extra crazed appearance sometimes, which made me feel uncomfortable for the actor. He also did limited promotion for the series only turning up for the peaky blinders festival that was on last weekend.
