Jul 13, 2019 · I have heard and read stories about happy Ruger customers when requesting help to repair one of their firearms. So I got a 90+ percent feeling my experience will be good too. I guess since this is my first time to send something back I just want to hear from others.

Dec 18, 2020 · There are a lot of great firearms available on the market but Ruger's Customer Service and service to it's customers is the absolute best. It is what makes it my #1 go to company when I am looking for a new firearm for my collection.
Oct 29, 2017 · Ruger's customer service is really good. I called them recently because I wasn't 100% sure which scope rings I needed for a rifle that is at least 15 years old... I was putting a new scope on it and needed different sizes.
