The Commission has developed an online training that will satisfy both the New York State and New York City sexual harassment prevention training requirements. At the bottom of this page, you will find links to the online training in multiple languages.
Training Videos. Every employer in New York State is required to provide employees with sexual harassment prevention training. The video below, which may be watched via YouTube or downloaded, meets all state minimum training requirements except one: the video alone is NOT considered interactive.
