To see recent documents in File Explorer, follow these steps in Windows 10. Open the File Explorer. Click on the “Quick Access” option on the sidebar. You will see the recent documents under the “Recent files” section on the right panel. Along with recent documents, you will also see other files you’ve opened recently.
