PS: The DVD reissue of "Suicide Kings" contains two alternate endings which film completists and fanatics will enjoy. The first alternate ending is somewhat sappy and romantic, and doesn't really jibe with the tone of the previous 15 minutes. The second ending is more workable, and has a nice twist.

Apr 17, 1998 · The twists at the end are completely unpredictable, but there are so many twists it does become a little bit ridiculous. However, very surprising. Great cast, of stars and stars-to-be: Christopher Walken, Dennis Leary, Jay Mohr, Sean Patrick Flannery.
IN BRIEF: In SUICIDE KINGS, Avery and his sister Lisa are rich, college age youth in the Northeast. When Lisa gets kidnapped, Avery rallies his buddies to kidnap mob boss Charlie Barret. Holing up in the vacation house of nervous Ira, they try to persuade Charlie to phone and retrieve Lisa.
