Action-Orientated. Join us in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the 25th WPC on April 3-6, 2024! Open to everyone, the conference brings together high school and college students, K-12 teachers, university faculty, social workers, counselors, non-profit staff, activists, healthcare workers, and members of spiritual, community, and corporate arenas.
The WPC provides an opportunity for participants to discuss how white privilege, white supremacy, and oppression affect daily life, while giving strategies to address issues of privilege and oppression and advance social and economic justice.

The Privilege Institute will provide a safe space without getting into “shaming and blaming.” Instead of thinking about privilege as a divisive topic that pits people against each other, we need to have honest and deep productive discussions so we can channel privilege into organizational progress.
In 2014 I co-founded The Privilege Institute (TPI) to engage people in research, education, action, and leadership through workshops, conferences, publications, and strategic partnerships and relationships.
