Apparently, if you do book in for a stay at the Stanley, you’ll be able to watch The Shining whenever you want as the hotel has a channel screening the movie on a loop.

He based it on The Stanley Hotel, which is located in Estes, Colorado. Built by Freelan Oscar Stanley, the owner of the Stanley Steamer company, in 1909, it is a historic Colonial Revival hotel.
