Introduction {¶ 1} Appellant, Timothy Hightower, brings this consolidated appeal from judgments of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, following a jury trial, which found him guilty of numerous felonies stemming from four separate incidents, and sentenced him to a total of ten years in prison.
Timothy D. Hightower, 37, of Shaker Heights, also was found guilty of showing a student a pornographic movie that featured an adult and child. The Cuyahoga County Common Pleas jury acquitted Hightower on four counts of gross sexual imposition and 18 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
