    Whether you’re looking for help with a personal or relational struggle, I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight, grow, heal, and experience lasting change. I strive to understand my client’s experience and I work alongside them with respect for their freedom and responsibility in their process.

    Trisha is a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy. She practices with a foundation in Attachment Theory while using Emotionally Focused Therapy and Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy.
