- Zürich Weihnachtsdorf – near the Operahaus. Thurs 23 Nov to Sat 23 Dec 2023. We think the best Zürich Christmas market is the one at Sechseläutenplatz near the Operahaus.
- Zürich HB Main Station – Christkindlimarkt. 23 Nov to 24 Dec 2023. The large market at the Zürich HB has dozens of stands selling all the typical stuff like scarves, candles, nativity scenes, ornaments and other holiday inspired gifts.
- Zürich Münsterhof. 23 Nov to 23 Dec 2023. We love the setting of this little market, in the plaza right in front of the Fraumünster cathedral. I go just to take lots of pics of the Christmas lights against the beautiful building facades.
- Heilger BimBam. If you’re looking for interesting artisan made gifts, the Heilger BimBam market should be your first stop. This market is inside a big heated hall near the Oerlikon train station, a good choice for cold rainy days.
