The UTTP (short for UTubeTrollPolice) is an cyberbullying and hate group that was formed by Thomas Parkinson, better known as Tommy Parky or Southparkstudiosable sometime between 2010 and 2011. They gained notoriety around 2018-2020, targeting the Gacha Life and GoAnimate communities. Despite the claims of the group to only target trolls, the group has gained notoriety for doxxing, harassing, and spamming individuals belonging to fandoms and groups, they consider these groups and fandoms "trolls".
In more extreme cases, members have been found exchanging and spamming human and animal gore, and making death threats to several public individuals. There is a general homophobic and racist sentiment among members of the UTTP, where many use slurs regularly in their speech.
Besides YouTube, the UTTP operates on Discord and Twitter, launching harassment "raids" on Discord servers and Twitter pages. Several denominations of the UTTP currently exist. The largest of which include the UTTP Empire, and the RUTTP (short for Retro UTubeTrollPolice).
The most influential denomination of the UTTP is currently the UTTP Empire led by user UTTP Emperor of Anime Sucks who came to power in 2023. Resurging in mid-2023 after a long period of inactivity, the UTTP has noticeably expanded its operations on YouTube, actively spamming comments of and targeting, many large creators/YouTube projects such as Game Theory , GLITCH, SMG4, Danno Cal Drawings, Battle for Dream Island, Camman18 and Gooseworx. The UTTP Empire is responsible for much of the UTTP spam comments found on the site.[citation needed]

Harassment
Many UTTP members have become infamous for harassing several fandoms through websites like YouTube, Fandom, and Google+ when the website was still around. Some are known to raid fandoms, vandalize several articles and create artwork promoting their group and targeting certain fandoms. They're also known for spamming multiple comment sections using several bot accounts. Many of the common phrases they use to criticize the fandom and promote the UTTP, such as "WHO ASKED + MY CONTENT IS BETTER THAN (creator) UTTP IS WAY BETTER THAN (creator) (with a random punctuation at the end of the sentence)". Some members of UTTP have doxxed many people, two such examples are Gooseworx and Carl Sampson getting doxxed. The group has also been known to spread many hate groups and ideologies, as they are known to attack the LGBTQ+, different religions, races, and ethnicities. Many have also shown support towards various far-right extremist political causes, such as neo-nazism, white supremacy, radical islam, incel ideology, and racial segregation.
Roblox War (Mid October 2023-Present)
Starting since October 2023, many ZNTP members Roblox Youtuber began campaigning to cancel KreekCraft, Itsfunneh, Thinknoodles and more. The company behind Roblox Games and Roblox Youtuber and fans of these media commonly discuss ZNTP's attacks towards them.
Vandalism of Wikitubia
There have been several instances where the UTTP had vandalized pages on Wikitubia.
A channel by the name AntiTroll founded the AUTTP soon after the old UTTP began trolling around 2013. YouTube Farm Gang Army (YFGA)
YouTube Farm Gang Army was a group that criticized the content of farm YouTubers such as DJ Cook and more. The founder of this group was Cow Dude And Sheep Man in 2021, however, they didn't use spam comments, they used some misinformation about the bad stuff that happened without any proof.
Anti Fandom Front (AFF)
Anti-Fandom Front was a group created by Sherbase12's circle of orbiters to mimic an old Google Plus group with a similar name. Like YFGA they made videos criticizing YouTube channels they did not like; mostly Gacha Life. Members of AFF began associating with more illegal and sadistic groups such as the "foodists" (people who follow the deranged idelogy of Foodistzen) and slowly devolved from being a YouTube trolling community into a private sadist ring where members would extort disabled people and children for sexual gratification, because of this Sherbase12 left the internet again and ownership was transferred to the co-owners ILLL11 and Warlord who both got arrested. This is the second time in UTTP history that members received legal consequences for said actions.
RetroUtubeTrollPolice (RUTTP)
The RetroUtubeTrollPolice (RUTTP), previously known as Tyranny, raiding group that was formed in late January 2023 by Emperor Pwrge as an alternative to the current UTTP. It was formed after a split occurred between UTTP Emperor Anime Sucks and Emperor Pwrge (Also known as Officer Jimmy, the second leader of the UTTP) in which Anime Sucks got demoted in Pwrge's UTTP discord server for abusing permissions. This led to Anime Sucks taking over Jimmy's server while Jimmy was offline and getting his friends [somewhat disputed claim] to @everyone in Jimmy's server and spam animal gore shock videos. When Jimmy was alerted of what Anime Sucks had done after taking over his server, he decided to instead create a new completely different group called Tyranny. This event split the entire UTTP group in half. RUTTP has recently rejoined Anime Sucks UTTP due to (R)UTTP Commander FPS nuking and deleting the servers.
