They need to renew the license then before season 2 so they can dub the movie and OVA beforehand, lol. I looked on both Crunchyroll and Funimation for the English dub of the movie and couldn't find it.
The main issue is that The Saga of Tanya the Evil was done as a collaborative effort between Funimation and Crunchyroll before Funimation was bought by Sony.
