The canton of Zürich (German: Kanton Zürich [ˈtsyːrɪç] ⓘ; Romansh: Chantun Turitg; French: Canton de Zurich; Italian: Canton Zurigo) is a Swiss canton in the northeastern part of the country. With a population of 1,553,423 (as of 31 December 2020), it is the most populous canton in the country.
