Franklin Park Zoo is a sprawling 72 acres. The time it takes to enjoy the entire Zoo varies depending on your pace, the exhibits you want to explore, and whether you participate in any additional activities or programs. On average, visitors often spend around 2 to 3 hours exploring the zoo.
You’re welcome to bring your own lunch and snacks with you. We have plenty of picnic areas available. Please note: straws and alcohol are not allowed on Zoo grounds.
