Fyodor Popov (died 2016) was a Russian mobster who was affiliated with the Bratva in San Francisco, California during the 2010s. In 2016, he and several other bratki were killed in a shootout with DedSec vigilante Marcus Holloway at Pier 31 as Holloway destroyed the Bratva's three gun shipments.
