    • Blanco State Park. Blanco State Park hugs a mile-long stretch of the Blanco River in Blanco County before it joins the San Marcos River. The river is the perfect setting for an afternoon float trip, and it’s just an hour from Austin and San Antonio.

After near 30 miles turn north on RM 3232. Continue north until 3232 dead ends into a T-section in the road. The entrance to Pedernales Falls State Park is to the right off of FM 2766.
