My favorite is the ones titled like "{Movie} Ending Explained" and its literally just a recap of the whole movie.
Kids are often utterly noncritical about the content they watch as long as something is happening, rarely skip ads and often treat YouTube like a TV channel, following infinite auto-play. I would not be at all surprised to find that these channels are exploiting that same fact.
By doing the ending explained in a quick and easy fashion, they capitalize on the relevancy of the movie. The longer they take: The less relevant the movie will be. Since the movie isn't getting searched as much, their late contribution won't get recommended as much.
