- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Type any letter into the search bar at the top of any Facebook page. When you start typing, a menu appears that lists possible matches. Slide down to the bottom of that menu and click on "See More Options".
- Click on "People" from the menu on the left side of the screen. Erase what you started to type in the search bar at the top of the screen.
- Choose the "Location" option from the drop-down menu near the top of the new screen and in the search box next to that menu type the name of the city and state where you want to find friends.
