I love Imperfect Foods! I have been a customer since 2017 and now buy everything from ugly produce to all of my staples from them. They've had some rough patches (especially during the pandemic), but their customer service is top notch, they are extremely responsive, and I love doing my shopping with people who care about our planet and our people.

My family used the Imperfect Foods service during the pandemic and were pretty happy with the quality if not always the consistency of product availability and occasional shipping damage. Since the merger with Misfits Market every aspect of the company has gone downhill. 1. The quality of the produce is now very poor.

Imperfect delivers ugly produce for 30-50% less than grocery store prices. We deliver to the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, and Chicago. Reduce waste and save money!
I get them both - I alternate service each week. I’m relatively new to Misfits - but for $35 (we get the big box) it’s a massive amount of food. It’s all organic and you can add to the box, depending on what they have that week - snack foods, drinks, extra produce. Misfits seems to have less offerings than Imperfect.
