- Ike Barinholtz. One of the latest additions to the cast on this list is Ike Barinholtz. He wasn't always known for his original characters, but he was still a safe bet for a laugh with his impersonations.
- Debra Wilson. Debra Wilson had one of the longer runs on the show, lasting from 1995 until 2003. She was most known for her original characters like annoying Latina Melina and blaxploitation actress Cocoa Lafette.
- Nicole Sullivan. Another original cast member, Nicole Sullivan is almost synonymous with the series. She often appeared alongside Debra Wilson in sketches to make for a hilarious tag team, mainly when they played Latina best friends Lida and Melina.
- Aries Spears. Aries Spears was the second-longest tenured member of the Mad TV cast, lasting from 1997 until 2005. It's almost impossible to name all of his great characters during that run.
- Michael McDonald. One of the most popular cast members, joining in the fourth season and remaining on until the end of the 13, he not only created some of the most memorable characters but also served as a contributing writer and director for the show.
- Debra Wilson. As the longest-serving original cast member on the series, Debra has also had a successful career in voice acting, lending her vocal talents to series like American Dad and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
- Aries Spears. As the second-longest-serving cast member, Aries was a master of impressions, able to imitate everyone from Jay-Z to LL Cool J, Sylvester Stallone, and Denzel Washington.
- Bobby Lee. A stand-out cast member for beloved roles like Johnny Gon and the Blind Kung Fu Master, Bobby now hosts his own successful podcast called TigerBelly, and has been a main cast member of ABC sitcom Splitting Up Together, though the series was just canceled after two seasons.
